SimpleBackup is a software to make easier to backup impotent files and folders as you like. It is like send to options. You will have a new contextual menu when you right-click on files and folders to backup them. To backup any file or folder right click the file/folder and click SimpleBackup then your file/folder send to your assigned folder.
It's composed of scripts (".bat") and registry keys.
