Google Map Saver is a portable application to download map as you like. You can download four different map views – Street Map, Satellite, Hybrid, and Terrain. And you can save image png, jpeg, bmp, and targa formate. You can also choose the quality of these formats too, which is included in the Format dropdown.
This application works on Windows XP/Vista/7.
