TCP Monitor

TCP Monitor is a Windows program that will show you detailed listings of all TCP endpoints on your system, including names of remote servers and state of TCP connections.
Under Windows XP and Vista TCP Monitor allows you to display all network processes and kill them, if needed.
Additionally, you can use the "BlackList" option for controlling any TCP endpoints.

Using TCP Monitor

When you start TCP Monitor it will enumerate all active TCP endpoints, resolving all IP addresses to their domain name versions. You can use a toolbar button or menu item to toggle the display of resolved names.

By default, TCP Monitor does not to do update, but you can use the Stop/Start Autoupdate button to start autoupdating and the Settings dialog to change the rate. Endpoints that have different states are highlighted in different colors; those that are established are shown in light green, listening endpoints are shown in yellow, e t.c.

Additionally, you can save TCP Monitor's events to a file using the Save menu item (or appropriate toolbar's button).
